quickest install for Win 7:
extract to any folder
right click and select install
go to mouse interface and select the "Ecliz"

Note:best i've seen, even better than the spore one!

how to install
1.open C:/local disk > windows > cursors > then copy this folder in it

then in control panel u can select those cursors by browsing
